I am currently ten days into a year-long stay in Ulaanbaatur, Mongolia. A lot about life in Mongolia is surprisingly similar to life in the United States, but a lot is also very different. Rather than write a straight blog documenting my life here, I thought I would answer questions put to me by readers and friends concerning Mongolia. This will hopefully make the country more accessible to them, and, also, to myself. We'll see how it pans out. At any rate, welcome to Mongolia.
